Vince Vaughn as Norman seems incredibly likely to me.

Despite being more well known for him comedic roles, Vaughn is actually a great dramatic/serious actor as well

Oh yeah, talented as hell. I also don’t think Marvel could resist reuniting Vince and Jon if it ended up being an option. That press tour would be awesome.

Could see Vince and Chalamet as Norman and Harry easy.

Rumors from where of Charlie Cox returning? Because especially if it's some blog site like MCU Cosmic or something like that, its probably false. Hell, I doubt we see any of those actors come back to reprise their Marvel/Netflix roles, much as people like Cox as Matt Murdock.

She-Hulk would be no problem, but I think Matt Murdock would be the most sensible and fan favorite choice

He was announced in May of 2018, and Michael Keaton was announced for Homecoming in April of 2016. So I'd expect a similiar announcement around the same time, provided coronavirus doesn't delay anything.
