All the other superheroes had strong battles, it makes losing a costume in each movies much as he did in the first 16 issues of Ultimate Spider-Man sadder
The first movie it makes lots of sense, the second movie he should have less rips, Ock's clothes remained intact, movie 3 has sense in some damage, not all

Honestly, apart from his mask, his suit hardly got damaged above moderate levels.

Spider-Man: Bomb to the face, went through a few walls.

Spider-Man 2: Got roughed up by Ock, hit a few walls.

Spider-Man 3: Beaten up by Venom, smashed by giant Sandman.
