Are you insane? The CG in SM1 has not aged well at all (read: it's terrible). The CG in SM3 is a huge improvement.

And I believe recycling the final swing from SM2 in the beginning of SM3 was done to indicate the brief timespan between both movies.

I'm not insane, its just that you can't read. I said, the cg model used for spidey at the end of the first movie aka the last swing is superior to the cg model and swinging of sm2's last swing. Also, the best cg model used for spidey just so happens to be in sm1 and hasn't been topped since and its the scene where spidey's dodging GG's razor bats in the burning building. That is CG at its best.

As good as the pics are I do have to say that I got the Hi-Def trilogy on BluRay yesterday and there is nothing like watching the movies in HD... pics are amazing but the actual visuals are even better
