Star Wars: KOTOR II Question

I've gone through a couple copies of KOTOR II, and both on my XBOX and the X360 the game has horrid frame rate and nasty stuttering in battles. SO much so that I've never gotten more than 5 hours into the game due to not being able to enjoy the fights.

Is this a common glitch that everyone had to suffer through? or are there copies out there that play as smooth as the first?

Carth isn't in KOTOR 2.

I never really had a problem with frame rates. Sounds like you just have some bad luck. Keep replacing the game. Eventually your luck will change.

Thank God, I hated Carth. ya know, the second game didn't have as good a storyline as the first one. When I found out I was Revan, I nearly soiled myself.

I think KOTOR 2 Has the more interesting characters, but not as good a story, but I feel like KOTOR 1 has the better story, but not as interesting characters.

Atton alone was better than the whole cast of KOTOR I (well except Canderious, but he was in the second one.

At least Mass Effect has given me my RPG fix. I'm good for a little longer.
