Rising Star Games will release SteamWorld Collection, a collection consisting of SteamWorld Dig and SteamWorld Heist from developer Image & Form, for PlayStation 4 and Wii U in early October, the publisher announced.

The retail release will be available for PlayStation 4 and Wii U in the United States, Canada, and South America for $29.99, and for PlayStation 4 in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East for £29.99 / €29.99.

Image & Form Games has announced SteamWorld Dig 2 for Switch. It will launch this summer.

The press release from Image & Form suggests Switch won’t be the only platform it launches on, as it says to “stay up-to-date with the latest news and platform announcements” by following the company

Trailer teases new worlds, enemies, upgrades, and challenges.

SteamWorld Dig 2 will launch for Switch on September 21 for $19.99 / €19.99 / £14.99, followed by PlayStation 4 and PC “only a few days later,” developer Image & Form announced.






The sequel will be playable at PAX West 2017 in Seattle this week.

SteamWorld Dig is coming to Switch on February 1 for $9.99 / €9.99, developer Image & Form Games announced.


The platformer first launched for 3DS in 2013, followed by PC that December, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in March 2014, Wii U that August, and Xbox One in June 2015.

Due out worldwide this spring.

Rising Star Games will release a physical edition of SteamWorld Dig 2 for PlayStation 4 and Switch across the United States, Europe, and beyond this spring, the company announced.


The physical edition will feature an exclusive double-sided poster with artwork from the game, as well as a reversible inlay with never-before-seen artwork.


SteamWorld Dig 2 is currently available digitally for PlayStation 4, Switch, PS Vita, and PC.

The "ultra-portable version."

Image & Form Games is bringing SteamWorld Dig 2 to 3DS via the Nintendo eShop on February 22 for $19.99 / €19.99, the developer announced.


The 3DS version is described as the “ultra-portable version” of SteamWorld Dig 2, and is optimized to run at 60 frames per second, even with sterescopic 3D turned on.


SteamWorld Dig 2 is currently available digitally for PlayStation 4, Switch, PS Vita, PC, Mac, and Linux. A physical release is due out for PlayStation 4 and Switch this spring.
