LEGO Marvel's Avengers

Switching between armors in this game is pretty neat.
So now that I finally have access to free roam Manhattan, I went to the Daily Bugle place to see New York Bulletin in its place, and I think I'll miss old flattop while playing this game.
Statue of Liberty still winks at me whenever I pass by it, yeesh, that's creepy.

Ok, so here's my gripe:
Manhattan hub has no map, so I can't tell where to find what I need.
Yeah, that was one of the first things me and my sister noticed that first time we entered the Manhatten hub, that the hubs have no map that you can pull up :( Kind of frustrating.

I've been using the red bricks that locate quest tokens and gold bricks to get around Manhattan

Ok I've finished this now. It's actually a lot more fun when you're not playing through the movies and you get to use a lot more of the crazier characters.

Where do you put codes in? I can see there's a place to do that in the start menu but I can also see there's some that are "avaliable to buy". Where do I do that?

Anyway if I was making a sequel these are things I would do...

- avoid following the movies
- add namor
- keep Wiccan and hulkling

Collector's chamber.
There's a portal in the room that is not Deadpool's in this game's hellicarrier, it takes you to the Collector's ship.
Middle computer to buy red bricks, left to insert cheat code, right one is to view mission comics.

ok I got two artices via face book from CBR

Marvel Games Announces "Women Of Power" Initiative
The event will see a dozen new female characters added to Marvel games like "LEGO Marvel's Avengers," "Avengers Academy," "Future Fight" and more.

Marvel's line of games are getting a powerful upgrade. Announced via Entertainment Weekly, March 3 will mark the beginning of Marvel's"Women of Power" event. The new initiative will see the debut of new characters and content in all mobile, console, handheld and PC games.
“Across our portfolio, we’re going to launch over a dozen new female characters in all of our different games as well as the in game story events,” said Bill Rosemann, Creative Director of Marvel Games, to EW.
"LEGO Marvel's Avengers" will see Moonstone, Captain Marvel and Poundcakes added to thegame. On the mobile front, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, X-23 will appear in "Marvel Contest of Champions" and Proxima Midnight will join the cast of "Marvel Future Fight." Silk and other Spider women will appear in "Spider-Man Unlimited" and Rescue will be added to the roster of "Marvel Heroes 2016." More female heroes will be added "Avengers Academy" and Marvel "Puzzle Quest" will add "Women of Power" variants to its gameplay.
Sana Amanat, Marvel's Director of Content and Character Development said that the "Women of Power" initiative came about as a way to highlight characters that the audience might not be familiar with.
“We’re trying to find unique ways to do that in a way that is more about showcasing and celebrating these characters more than anything else,” said Amanat. “For us, we’ve been doing the 'Women of Marvel' variants for quite some time. So this time we thought we’d put a little spin on it with 'Women of Power.'
“There is very much the idea here that a lot of these characters can transcend their current roles,” added Amanat. “For me, I’m kind of looking at the possibilities that exist and I know that it’s just a matter of time before it starts going into our other divisions. But we also want to make sure that we are cultivating a mission for the growth of these characters in a way that’s realistic and authentic, and it’s really more about having the Marvel universe expand and grow, and educating our fans and new audiences about the treasure chest of characters that exist that they might not traditionally know of as we do start expanding them in different areas.”
The event will coincide with the "Women of Power" Marvel Comics variant cover initiative, which includes 25 covers featuring Marvel's female heroes.

Is this a confirmation... or a cunning ruse?

LEGO "Super Hero Airport Battle" Set Confirms [SPOILER'S] Big "Civil War" Debut
The "Captain America: Civil War" LEGO set includes minifigures for Sharon Carter, Scarlet Witch, Winter Soldier, War Machine and more.

After originally being teased in a cataloguereleased last December, LEGO has officially released information on the LEGO websiteabout their initial sets for "Captain America: Civil War" -- and they've confirmed that a character will appear in the film. That character, as teased a few months ago via that catalogue as well as a Funko Pop! Vinyl, that Ant-Man will transform into Giant-Man during the film.
The "Super Hero Airport Battle" is available for order now and features a large, buildable figure of Giant-Man. Additional minifigures of Captain America, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, War Machine and Sharon Carter are also included in the set.
Giant-Man has long been one of Ant-Man's alter-egos; in the comics, Hank Pym originally used his size-altering Pym Particles to make himself Giant-Man after a few years of adventures as Ant-Man. While Paul Rudd's character, Scott Lang, has served as Ant-Man in the comics, he's never actually taken up the mantle of Giant-Man. It looks like that will finally change in "Civil War."

yahoo! Uk has also posted information about other lego sets, including "black panther pursuit" and "crossbones' hazard heist."

directed by joe russo and anthony russo and starring chris evans, robert downey jr., scarlett johansson, elizabeth olsen, sebastian stan, anthony mackie, paul rudd, chadwick boseman, don cheadle and more, "captain america: Civil war" opens may 6, 2016.

Oooo, giant man in civil war? Wonder if he's going to cop it the way bill foster did?

Anyway, I'm actually liking her game more now that I'm not playing the story missions. I wish they gave you wanda's comics accurate costume though :(

How do you unlock the antman dlc? I already have the season pass

How do you unlock the antman dlc? I already have the season pass
If I remember the articles before release correctly, the Ant-Man DLC won't be available until "later this spring"

Thanks, that's a relief. I was worried I had been ripped off somehow. It's nice that there's still more to come. I hope they make some dlc for guardians of the Galaxy too! (I'm sure they're planning that)

Guardians of the Galaxy might just be popular enough to warrant its own Lego game once Vol. 2 comes out, and maybe they could pad it out with DLC from Phase 3 movies like Doctor Strange.

I don't know. I reckon they'll have a Lego Spider-Man game before then

Sounds cool! I think I already have the season pass. I wonder what level they will include with captain marvel and if it'll give any hints as to what direction they may be taking the movie in? Probably not

FYI the captain marvel and baron zemo dlc is available now. Anyone played it yet?

Yeah, it's pretty generic. Although it's cool to have the captain marvel costumes and getting to play as moonstone

I've just got my 360's wifi adapter basically for Avengers and the Shield package. LOVING all the extra packages for it. They'll have to wait tho lol

PM me for my profile name

I'll do just that.
:oldrazz:
I love the detail of Manhattan lol I've just been going by the radar to locate things, but yeah, why is there no map yet. I'm only seeing the Marvel Superheroes map. It would help to at least to have a quest map of sorts
