Subscribed threads

Hey everyone, I got a problem. Ok let me start, you know when you subscribe to a thread, you go to thread tools etc? Well in my case, whichever thread I go to ( it will probably happen now since I entered this thread) it ends up in my subscribed threads, and i didnt even subscribe to it! Yesterday, I went to my subscribed threads and i have 45 PAGES! 45! I didnt even subscribe to ONE! Is there anyway that this can be fixed??

In your edit options, how is this box set:

Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Default Thread Subscription Mode:

I have mine set to not to subscrib
