Superhero Ratings (Website)?

Does anyone know if there is a website that you can vote on Superheroes?
If not, maybe one can be done on here.

There could be a section of Marvel Superheroes, D.C. Superheroes and others. Then a section showing and overall picture of who is rating the highest.

I say the votes could go from 0-10, 0 being someone that you can't stand to 10 being someone who is one of the best.

What's you thoughts?

If I had to choose a side, I'd go with Marvel for the X-Men. Without that massive cash-cow and its many spinoffs, I'd be all over DC just for The Question, Green Arrow, and the Birds of Prey.

IDW for their plethora of TV show adaptations. Especially Doctor Who. I would've picked Virgin and their awesome Indian comics, but they folded like a year ago.
