Superman: The Web Series - Voice Actors Needed

Okay guys, I thought I'd come to you with this, cause we all love comics and heroes here, and I'm sure a few of you would be interested. t:

KalEl2029 (formerly known as KalEl1029), a YouTube fan editor (for trailers and stuff, similar to myself), is working on an animated Superman Web Series, highlighting a new take on The Man of Steel. Starting with Season 1, composed of 12 episodes at 22 min each, the series covers Superman's origin, as well as his career and encounters protecting the people of Metropolis. Along with KalEl2029, I'm sort of helping to produce the series. I'm in the process of scripting an episode, and have just finished putting together an opening theme for the show.

Here's where I need your help.

Originally, the show was just going to play out with word bubbles for the characters, and it still may, if we don't get the help we need. We need voice actors for the show. Basically, how the interaction would work would just be that you'd be sent a script, and you'd have to record your lines and send it to either myself or Kal (probably best to send it to Kal).

So, if you're at all interested, hit me up with a PM and let me know, and I'll send you some mini-casting sides in which you can do a voice test for us.

Cool guys. I got both of your PMs and responded.

To clear up the issue for Hurm, and anyone else asking, this is NOT a bubble body film. What we're doing, is taking episodes, films, etc. from the DCAU and editing them together to create a coherent series. I haven't actually seen any of the test animations yet, as Kal is still working on them.

And deathshead, all you really need for recording is a decent quality mic, and some sort of recording program (the standard windows app works fine). Obviously we're looking for clarity, as the lines are a large part of the series. In order to send them to us, all you'd need to do is upload the .wav or .mp3 file (or whatever audio format you choose, the two mentioned are preferred though) to an online hosting service, and send it to us (via YouTube, SHH, whatever).

Great that you wanna help man. Aside from voice work, I'm not really sure what Kal is looking for at the moment, so why don't you send him a message over on YouTube and let him know you're willing to help, and that I told you to contact him.

Just to post a little update, in one of Kal's recent "podcast updates" on YouTube, he's posted a rough animation, to give everyone an idea of what the series is going to look like in terms of how we string it together.
