Surely I can't be the only one who watches survivor.

Thread for this current season.

Jeff was interesting but I'm glad he left because he was such an airtime-suck. Here's hoping Abi goes next. She also sucks up airtime and her drama is redundant at this point. Kass is my favorite contestant so far.

I watch it here in Australia except when they start it at 9:30 in the evening which is way too late.

I like Kass also and Abi-Maria is fun to watch. Don't let her go too soon, but when she does make it a real big event.

Jeremy, Savage, Tasha, Joe, Wentworth & Woo are my favourites this season.

Abi needs to go. I've never been a fan of primadonna drama queens.

I never miss an episode of Survivor :)

I´m really liking the new season. As much as I dislike Abi I have to admit that she does make the show more difficult to predict and thus more entertaining.

My favorites are:
Joe (though he is seriously screwing up by being such a golden boy :))
Savage & Tasha (I like the duo dynamic they currently have)

I thought it was funny how Andrew seemed to be recreating his Pearl Islands tribe dynamic on Bayon:

Jeremy = Osten
Tasha = Tijuana
Joe - Ryan O
Stephen = Skinny Ryan
Kass = Lil

That's all fallen apart now that he's on Angkor.

Anyway, I'm annoyed that we're almost four episodes in and yet certain contestants, like Keith, Ciera, Monica, and Wigglesworth, have hardly spoken at all. Please spread the airtime around some more, editors.

People have to say something or do something interesting to get air time. That, or they are the ones getting voted out. My golden rule is that if someone who in previous episodes has gotten little or no air time all of a sudden gets a lot then he's getting voted out :)

LOL I love Abi. She's so psychotic. :lmao: Everything is about her. :hehe:

I'm sad that Peih-Gee went out so early. Kimmi is so under the radar which is the complete opposite from her 1st season. Abi-Maria is the only one who is living up to expectations. And Kelley... the random girl who was voted out very early in season 29 who had no impact in her first season is surprisingly getting a lot of airtime.

I can't stand Andrew, Terry, Jeremy.

Wow, that was a really stupid vote by those three.

I´m guessing that Kimmi let her irritation with Monica cloud her judgement way to much. It would have made so much more sense to vote out Wigglesworth now and Monica next when and if they went back to tribal.

Seriously. She should've told Monica to wait and kept the female alliance simmering on the backburner. That would've given Kimmi options further on down the road if things didn't work out with Jeremy, Stephen, and Spencer.

Even if Kimmi had no intention of ever forming a girl alliance it would still have made more sense to keep Monica around since she was firmly in Kimmi's alliance while Kelly could easily jump ship at the merge if her old alliances are still viable.

A lot of players this season seem to be making stupid short term decisions because they think those decisions will work in the long run. However, to survive in the long run you have to survive the short run...

Wow, that was a Survivor first I think. I don't recall that any player had ever been pulled from the game because of a family emergency before. Terry obviously made the right and only call by going. Glad to see that his son survived.

Another strange vote this week, keeping Spencer over Woo didn't make a lot of sense to me since Spencer is much more of a player than Woo is.

NOOO! First we lose Woo, then Kass. This season is going down the tubes fast. :down Andrew or Spencer MUST go next week.

Glad Kass is gone, she's insufferable. Pitty Woo went but he was never exactly a great player, just very likeable. Hopefully Ciera gets the boot next.

Kass was way to full of her self and brought on her own demise. She really needed to tone things down and try not to rub people the wrong way.

I´m really glad they had the merge happen so soon, it was great to see people scramble when they realized that their five person alliance plans wouldn't work.

This season is quite boring.

I didn't like Kass so I was glad she got voted out. But there's still Ciera, Andrew, Tasha, Jeremy and undeserving second chance players like Joe and Kelley, who is getting the most airtime when it comes to female players. And you got the first runner-up and the girl from season 2 looking like background wallpaper.

I´m actually liking this season, there have been a lot of unpredictable votes and a lot of alliances have shifted around.

Wow - that was some awesome blindside that was given to Savage!

Hoping those three girls can put together some kind of plan to stay around a little longer.

I think the girls targeted the wrong guy, taking out Jeremy would have been the better play. Still, kudos to them for managing to stay alive in the game.

Yes, great episode. The editing had me convinced that Stephen was going to go tonight and I was about to be pissed. hen Andrew's name was read out and I couldn't've been happier. Kudos, editors.

I think that Fish is playing a bad game. He's way to fixated on getting Joe out and isn't really focused on taking out the players who are controlling the game. Joe isn't really a threat since no one will want to take him into the final three so there will be plenty of time to get rid of him later. At this point in the game Fish should be trying to get rid of other small fish so that other players won't be tempted to take them to the final three instead of him.

Given what we have seen so far in the game I'd say the easiest way for someone to win is to be in the final three with Abie and Ciera. So if those players are allowed to stay in the game to long they become huge threats not because they are good players but because they aren't.

Dumb vote this week, trusting a tight three person alliance over a group of four people who aren't really together made no sense to me.

Fish really is falling into the trap of making moves just to make moves. As far as I could tell he was in a prime position to go to the final four with the old large alliance since he was probably the least threatening member of it and everyone would rather have him at the end then most of the others.
