SyFy’s Alphas

I don't suppose Fox is looking for their next Fringe

They are. But probably not from an already established cable series that averaged only a little over 1 million viewers this past season.

Proof that networks only care about money and not quality television because this was a prime example of a fantastic television show.

Excuse me while I flip this table.

Next show that will get cancelled.....Warehouse 13.

It is just the last season, it wasn't canceled to my knowledge.

To bad for the Alpha fans, I wasn't one of them but I followed the show.

So now we can get Rachel on Once Upon A Time as Princess Jasmine from Aladdin

I'm hoping they get to wrap things up in a TV movie or something like that.

Did someone frakking say BSG was dull? I know you can have your own opinions but that is ridiculous.

Someone said BSG was dull and then Syfy cancelled Alphas as retaliation.

We all know it's no coincidence. :o

I'm just...ugh! So very disappointed...

...but like I said elsewhere...as much as I was a fan of Alphas...maybe someone will step up to the plate and bring the X-men to television...I'm tired of carbon copies already...

...so pissed at Syfy right now...

This was one of my favourite shows in recent years. Seems to me the only shows that survive these days are detective shows with a twist.

since Lost Girl wasn't cancelled too...does that mean that show was actually doing BETTER than Alphas? Say it ain't so...

Isnt Lost Girl a candadian show? A lot cheaper for Syfy.

It also has the benefit of starring a hot Canadian chick as a promiscuous sex demon.

"We could create devices sensitive to any physical energy," said Prof Nicolelis, from the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

"It could be magnetic fields, radio waves, or ultrasound. We chose infrared initially because it didn't interfere with our electrophysiological recordings."

I did like that show. It grew on me during the second season, but I'm not surprised to see it go.

Maybe people can take to Kickstarter.com, like they did for Veronica Mars, and get the studio to make a final movie.

Did anyone see last weeks episode of the big bang theory when Sheldon went nuclear about Alphas cancelation?
