SyFy’s Being Human

Well, they were given the choice. To end it, or to potentially deal with Syfy's asshaterry for a fifth season. Given what had happened to Eureka and Warehouse 13, they took the right choice.
Yeah really. The final seasons for both of those shows weren't as good as they could have been and went a little too off the track.

Well, it is kind of tough when your expected episode order gets cut last minute.

I know. They really pulled the rug out on the showrunners. I have no complaints about their admirable attempts to salvage their final seasons after SyFy ripped their plans to pieces. Taking a story you had planned for 12-13 episodes and doing it in half that, with a series finale tacked on can't be easy.
