SyFy’s Being Human

now that's how you end a show.

I MISSED IT, what happened?! Did they all turn back into human?! Did the wolf eat the vamp?! I MUST KNOW.

sally sacrificed herself to make aidan human. however, because he was a vamp for so long he started aging quickly. he then sacrificed himself by burning down the house to kill ramona. he became a ghost, got his door and sally was waiting for him on the other side. josh and nora lived happily ever after with their kids named aidan and sally.

This was a great finale. Makes me almost forget the other horrible finale we got not so long ago.

The whole time I was wondering what is stopping them from burning this mother****** down?

I would have even been fine, if not everyone would have gotten their happy ending.

Like if only Nora and Josh would have gotten away unscathed, to live a normal life. But their freedom would have come at the cost of their two closest friends, being condemned to eternal damnation. It thought the way Aiden died, was completely satisfying. He gave his life for his family a second time. Even without hope for a possible afterlife, it was a honorable way to go.

But man, when we find out he's now a Ghost, and he actually got his door, I got freaking teary eyed.

I've never been so satisfied with a show ending before. It felt like an end rather than a ratings cliffhanger. I loved it.

Even with the lack of Sally, that was a very good ending. Sam Witwer really did a great job. Going from Shining crazy to having food to being old man.

"Give me the triple everything"

Really, really satisfying end to the show. I'll miss it, because the cast had such great chemistry and you felt like you were really watching a real group of friends. Hope they all move on to good things.

A satisfying ending for once after some real duds lately. Looking at you, Dexter and How I Met Your Mother inparticular.

Imparticular isn't a word. :o

And don't you dare classify HIMYM with Dexter!!! :argh:

Usually Being Human ends with a twisted cliffhanger so the happy, picturesque ending really stood out.

and the opportunity to go dark was definitely there with Aiden deserving hell.

I was relieved to see a smiling Sally behind Aiden's door instead of some blood soaked demon.

Movies and tv usually suggest self-sacrifice is the sure-fire way to gain redemption.

Anyway, Sally re-united with Aiden in Heaven and the werewolf family living in peace makes me all warm and fuzzy.

Great ending to a great show.

Despite this wonderful happy ending, if these past seasons have taught us anything it is that within a day or two of the finale's last scene Josh and Nora will get dragged into something twisted and their children and them will likely suffer. There is no peace for these people. The happy ending is a lie. Oh, and that probably wasnt Sally, but a blood soaked demon hiding in Sally's form. Its luring him in right before it drops the curtain and reveals hell in all its fiery damnation. Didnt y'all notice how ominous the knocker looked on that door? There is no Sally left. She destroyed herself to give Aiden life. Aiden's in hell. Sally is gone. And the wolves are ****ed without Aiden to protect them.

If Nora and Josh have survived long enough for their son to be running around and playing, I think they're more or less in the clear.

Thats what the writers want you to think. Death is lurking just beyond the horizon. Watching them frolick in the tall grass.:o Give into the despair, Sawyer.

It is when you spell it right.

Both endings were disappointments that relied on a "twist" to fake out the audience.

Great ending indeed, unlike so many other shows (you know which ones)... even some tears escaped from my eyes!! :waa:

Hopefully, we'll see the main cast get some good roles, JJ should give Sam Witwer a call, not just because Sam is a huge SW fanboy, but he can really act. :iayf:

I really wish JJ would have cast Sam as a Jedi or a Sith.

at the end, with them in the field (with their kids), was that suppose to be the morning after a full moon? or did they just bring the kids to a big open field to run around, and then just laid down for nap together, letting their kids run free?

I mean, they woke up fully clothed, so? (an the parents of the year award goes too... lol)

The way they were talking, I thought the implication was that it was right before a full moon. And considering the kids would be purebred, they'd all turn together.
