Also on Terrence’s plate is an outing opposite Gabrielle Union in a romantic comedy called Perfect Christmas, a Jungle Fever adventure with Jodie Foster entitled The Brave One, and The Crusaders, a bio-pic where he’ll play the late Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.

Finally, he’s already signed to make a trio of films in 2008: Factor X, a crime saga about the recently-cracked case of the BTK killer; Iron Man, a screen adaptation of the Marvel Comics Series; and Luke Cage, another superhero fantasy, this about a wrongfully-convicted man who develops special powers, escapes, and turns into an avenging mercenary.

First Gabrielle Union is fine and secondly I'm not to keen on a Luke Cage movie as long as John Singleton is at the helm. I just don't like his movies. He's not that great to me and is overrated. Is Tyrese still Cage? Ugh!! Don't have a problem with Tyrese, but I just don't like him as Cage. LL Cool J or The Rock would be a better choice.

I mean, I am all for him playing Luke Cage. He is a great actor and he would be great in the part. Can't wait to see Luke Cage in Theaters.

Phifer?? Good lord the guy is about 5'9 or 5'10 and weighs about 160-170 pounds.

Not going to happen, the script is in development hell and the Ramsey draft is awful. BTW, I just read Namor by David Self (draft is dated January 9th 2004 and the script is 135 page long): the screenplay is dull, boring and soulless, think of it as a new take on the short-lived tv series "The Man from Atlantis" starring Patrick Duffy...I'm crushed and deeply disappointed.

Howard won't be Cage probably. He was always mentioned as playing the villain, Diamondback.

I see your point on Cage being dark skin but picture means absolutely nothing(in terms of race). There are plenty of black/african american people who are not mixed and are light/fair skin complextion.
So to post a picutre of a dark guy and a light guy proves nothing at all.

I love Terrence Howard as an actor, but I don't think he's the best choice for Cage. If he was officially signed as Cage, it seems like there would be a huge announcement from Marvel about this. Maybe he is in the film (as Diamondback), but not as Cage
