Okay not really "SB points", but 30 runs. Finishing 30 - 3 against the Orioles. I know the MLB thread is active, but this kind of a massacre deserves it's own recognition.

So I just looked at the box score online, and unless there was a mistake, Texas' reliever was credited with a save. How does one get a save in a beatdown like this? Did most of the runs happen in the last two innings?

I think when he came into the game it was 6-3. As long as he stays in the game till the last out he gets credited with a save. Doesn't matter how many runs you score.

to top this all off, they're playing a doubleheader, so after that exhausting game they have to play another. so far texas is winning the second game 6-5 in the 6th.
