RUMOURS... Unless we get confirmation from a reliable source...Even Wikipedia says it's rumours.

Yeah....thats because it's Wikipedia.

Nevertheless, I had heard that there would be different cuts and whatnot--so I would not be surprised if there are alternate ending scenes that just weren't shown in the same place--and like DrChronic said, maybe they weren't licensed and the wrong ones were shown. Or hey, maybe all of this is BS. After all, everyone who backs it up seems to have some "friend" who has "seen" an "alternate ending." Note my sarcasm.

Ok, Here's my two cents. Please keep in mind that I did not see this myself.

I play WoW (World of Warcraft) and I was on Teamspeak with some guildmates today. We got started talking about movies and what not, and then X-3 got brought up. There were about 5 us on TS at this time and we all were talking about what we liked/disliked about X-3. (At this time, I did not know there was more to the movie after the credits rolled). We got started talking about phoenix and I said that it kinda sucked that they killed her off. My guildmate said, dude, she's not dead. You didnt watch the after credit scene?.

I'm like, there's an scene after the credits?

He's like, "yep". He then goes on and tells me that the scene was a shot of phoenix's grave all blown to *****. Then the camera goes inside the mansion and it shows objects were floating.

I said, "no *****".

Please keep in mind that I can not confirm this as I did not wait for the end credits to finish before leaving the movies. I'm the kinda person that likes to beat the rush out the door and not be in the middle of it. haha. I have no physical way of confirming that is what he saw.

Ive seen the movie four times but each time it had the Professor X ending. But I have heard the about the ending showing a large hole where Jean's grave is.
