I thought SM3 was an OK game, not terrible, but not nearly as good as SM2 either. It tried to replicate what the previous game had to offer but sort of… failed. It was cool to see Dylan Baker's Dr. Connors turn into the Lizard in that game though.

I was just playing spider-man 3(having a blast) when I realized something. If we have a camera again how about they allow spidey to web it somewhere and take pictures but whatever angle you put it at you'd still be in control but the ang;e you put it at you'd have to adjust to whether in combat or web swinging.
I hope they brought the air tricks back man i loved those.

We actually got that in SM3, as well.

People always seem to forget about SM3.

True, I still don't see how most of the complaints aimed toward that game fit the description

My main problem with SM3 was the excessive QTEs, but this was also during a time when the gaming industry was going through some kind of phase and QTEs were showing up in friggin EVERYTHING.

I think its great I have duel web shooting but not the kind in spidey 2 however I just took gobby jr to the highest point in NY and fought him there (should've took him to the GWB would have been awesome probably second play through I will and I really hope they take what works in in spidey 2 and 3 and web of shadows and combine it to work and added Peter Parker elements and boom there we go.

QTE's in that game are ok, not excessive, and you can skip the two while chasing Scorpion if you swing high enough and behind buildings
At least they aren't like Beyond Two Souls, all Quick Time Events

I can't tell how many times I failed at those soo far and it makes me feel like a noob and of course getting used to the 360 controller

LOL my most major fail was in the sewers the last QTE before Lizard and kept hitting the pipes head first and the swan diving and failing, I had to have failed at least 30 times before I realized I was hitting the wrong button.
Yeah I did and also got a snap shot (glad to have spider reflexes to slow him down) shhh no spoilers lol scorpion is back and just set rhino free >.> im on a break now I did some side challenges but I hate skydiving

I would like to play some older spidey games as well, but I sold my ps3 so I could buy a ps4.

The only games I haven't played are spider man 3 and edge of time.


Now I have a ps4 with very, very few games to playt:

if you're looking for free roam I would suggest to skip it

Sky dives are much easier using a keyboard than they are using a gamepad analogue, that is the opinion of a PC gamer (as you might tell from my blog entry), you need to tap gently sometimes to do it right, and an analog will do you no favor there
Use a trainer to stop the timer if you want to win a gold trophy there, it's impossible to win that in Sky dive challenges in that game without a trainer, trust me on that

EoT was never ported to PC, dunno why

I fear you might be harsh on SM3, so I recommend USM for that, easily more loved by more Spidey fans

Get USM first. It's a much better free roam version of Spidey and Venom is also a playable character.

I couldnt stand USM's game spidey va and I dislike the fact that when I read USM his voice has to be the one to pop up first its the most annoying voice, i'm glad josh keaton voiced usm in Shattered cause then I can use his when I read but the bad thing is >.> usm is the always the one that pops up he freakin reminds me of a young john connor from T2 but more anoying and I didnt like that kid

Which is odd when you think about it cause Beenox made the port of SM3 to PC. It's not like they didn't have a pretty accurate representation of NYC at their disposal.
