This is ****ing ******ed.

Can we get that footage already?

Activision, if you're reading this... **** you! ****s.

I love that Jameson will talk **** about you in Daily Bugle articles if you're a menace!

That's probably the best thing that I've heard about this game.
I hope Beenox manage to do it
I heard before Treyarch wanted to do it for Spider-Man 3, and from what I heard of the unused dialogue, I expect it's possibly true but didn't happen because the product was ridiculously rushed in release

Hopefully then they had enough time at this point to do it RIGHT because it sounds like such a cool idea.

As tempted as I am to preorder the game, I'm holding out until I see some solid gameplay videos and reviews. I am bidding on a copy of this game's precursor on eBay and look forward to playing it in the meantime before this game.

I never listen to reviewers to measure whether I will like a game or not
And I never pre-order

The only ones that I pre-order are new GTA or Uncharted video games. Otherwise I am pretty cautious with how I spend my $60.

I usually listen more to video game reviews than I do for movies. For instance, I will almost always agree with the reception a video game has been getting, but I tend not to care for online film scores. Anyone feel the same, or am I the only one? lol

Weren't we supposed to get something yesterday? What happened?

I also pre-ordered Arkham Knight yesterday!... Plus, I pre-ordered Spider-Man. Couldn't resists. My head said Arkham Knight but my heart said TASM 2. I got both lol oops.

We got black suit perks. At least we got a cool article and some new pics today.

Movie reviews give away spoilers, so I never listen to them
A bunch of my favorite movies are movies most critics don't like

One thing I've noticed from the pics and the first few seconds of the trailer is how huge the city looks this time. I always thought the city in ASM 1 was quite small and to read from the Jan 30th article that there will be distinct districts and that they're trying to make the city worth exploring makes me happy! :)

I'm more concerned with how detailed the city will be. For instance, the size of NYC was pretty big in SM2, but there was very little detail, and that sort of ruins it a little bit.

Well, it was 2004. The open concept compensated the graphics.

Judging from the screenshots I think it looks great! They said they wanted the buildings to be more varied this time. In my opinion it looks more detailed than the last game.

I mean holy crud look how many building there are in this shot!:

I wonder if by distinct districts they mean places like Chinatown? Has Chinatown ever been in a Spider-man game?

Oh yeah, of course. I can forgive it because it was 2004 then, but I have higher expectations for a game coming out on a next-gen console.

I don't know whether or not that these are from next gen or xbox 360.

On the top of this page http://www.gameinformer.com/games/t.../03/19/what-kind-of-a-spider-man-are-you.aspx

the tabs say Home>Preview>Xbox360>TheAmazingSpider-Man2>What Kind Of Spider-Man...

If these screenshots were from next gen, wouldn't they be under that catagory?

Edit: Also, when I asked Beenox last week what console they would be showcasing the walkthrough trailer on, they told me that marketing have been using the Xbox 360 for testing as it's less buggy.

So maybe this is actually Xbox360, and if it is, then woah, it looks amazing. Imagine what next gen would look like.
If it's next gen, it looks awesome!

I don't care much about city details, fun gameplay, responsive controls, fluid animation, and good camera before everything else
Not to say I have no interest in details or visuals, I won't play a game visually similar to Medieval, that one has terrible visuals I couldn't play much of it

Story matters little to me when it comes to video games, I don't think I will call it Shakespearean. If a game has a good story though I will call it movie quality

Those screens are nice, looking forward to seeing some footage soon.
