So I got 3 to 2 for trying Web of Shadows.

Not so sure I'm getting it now though. Mostly due to the fact that it's $26.99 used at Gamestop and I don't want to pay that much for a used game of a game nearly 6 years old. I may get Lego Marvel. Been meaning too pick that up.
LEGO Marvel is fun

This one is still better than its sequels
And better than Spider-Man & X-Men Arcade's Revenge

I see so much hate for WOS, and it's my favorite spider-man game lol. Though I can admit the voice acting was pretty bad.
The voice acting is fine
Only Darran Norris hurt my ears when I hear the way he spoke for that game, why did he talk like that?

That looks ****ing badass.
This, and the final fight in Batman Arkham Asylum are two of the worst boss fights I ever played
This one takes the lead for being just one move done 12 times in a row, with the occasional symiotes it barfs

I thought Shattered Dimensions was pretty good. A little too short and repetitive (near the end). I enjoyed whooping everyone's butt when playing as USM. Didn't really like the 2099 levels though.

I think my favourite Spidey game would be Ultimate Spider-Man. 2nd is SM3. Didn't get to play SM2 on PS2/GameCube/XBOX as I didn't have any of those consoles back then.

I'm not sure about that, I wish, but I think they just meant that that's what you could do in general

I completely forgot about Lego Marvel... I really want to get that game!

It's such a good game. 136 characters to unlock as well as some characters having unlockable costumes, and the game has great detail to Marvel's history and it's characters.! It's the best Lego game I've ever played.

Well this makes me more excited! :D

It's without doubt the best LEGO game
I believe it has more than 140 characters before the DLC

I wanna buy it. I'm not sure if I will get it when I buy my PS4, or to get it now.

I'd get it on Steam (for PC). Half the price and better graphics than PS3/360 (I don't know if it has better graphics than the PS4 version). You need a controller to play it properly though, the keyboard controlls are horrible (don't think they added mouse support for any LEGO game, you have to aim using the keyboard etc.).

Speaking of PC, I didn't face many glitches on it
But you will need a strong PC for that game

It was never released for Mac.
Never? That's weird
And I just saw it's not worth the purchase, it's on Steam for $49.99
Who pays 50 bucks for a 2 years old game? And a digital one?

My favorite as a kid was the Spider-man for the Sega, the one based off the 90's tv show. And then the PS1 Spider-man game. That one was great.

Since we're on this topic, I'd like to add that Beenox said during that Q/A in the comments on Facebook that there is no Mac version of TASM 2 in development at the moment.

I am not gonna lie here. As a kid I had a N64. I don't think any Batman or Spidey games came out for it. So whenever my mom took me to Blockbuster, I would always rent Superman 64. I would play it and I didn't give a **** about the rings at all. I just wanted to fly around as Superman and did that and was entertained by it.

Took me a while to recognize you, you had that Joker avatar for maybe ever since I joined
The 90s TV show game never cut it to me, same with the Kingpin game, though the CD version of Spider-Man vs Kingpin looks good
Spider-Man by Neversoft is still a good game, combat is too simple even for a PS1 game I think, at least it's good, and really fun

The Spider-Man game for the PS1 was released for the N64, but cutscenes were replaced with slides

There was one Spider-man game, I also used to rent superman and I enjoyed it as a kid.

I could never get into that Superman game, not even for simple flying
Visuals suck completely
