Dinah's pissed at Oliver because he's pretty much tossed out most of his life. He's nearly lost everyone that he loves and it's taken forever to get them back. As of late, he's come around to be a fully on family man. He had Connor when he was younger despite the fact that he says he only met him 20 years after the fact. Connor was raised in a Asharam, where he learned similar skills to his father. The two came together and he's been watching over his son ever since.

As for Roy Harper, he was the first child raised by Oliver, turned into Speedy then Arsenal and now Red Arrow. Harper felt neglected at one point and experimented with drugs, nearly costing his life. Ollie and the others saved him and he went on to evolve into the other incarnations mentioned in the prior sentence. He's currently part of the Justice League.

Dinah and Ollie have a more complex relationship. It's a lot of love, but Ollie's at fault for screwing up a lot of things. Usually when it comes down to things it's always about his ego or at least was, but since he's been focusing on his city and his family things have changed. He's a family man these days. Going as far as giving up his spot on the Justice League for Roy.

Yes at one point in his life (for quite a while actually ) Unlike Bruce Wayne . Oliver's Self-jet setting playboy image isn't a facade like it is for Bruce . Oliver actually is .

so when he wasn't getting an attention or action from the many women he slept around with ( He'd either A. Play Hero as Green Arrow , .B Run to Black Canary for attention.)

I wouldn't call it attention. The playboy mindset is the life style yes, but his connection with Canary has been a long standing one. It's the most solid relationship he's had since the reboot ala JLA: Year One, which is in current continuity. The two have gone their seperate ways time and time again but they always come back to one another. Added to Dinah's attachment to the people around Oliver.

Being with Canary started out as an attention based approach but it evolved throughout the years. Read the Grell arcs and then they seperated after Oliver had slept around (Black Canary's own series, these events happen), which he does briefly in the Winnick arc as well, but the entire time he never really strays from Dinah. He gives her her down time and he reconsiders things and allows her to make the decisions on their relationship.

In his older age, he dwells on things longer and considers things for his family more than anything else throughout the Winnick run. Though there are questionable Winnick moments.

It's been brought up for a brief moment (since the birth of Helena kyle ) . But it isn't the center issue . Bruce is a little more concered about his Supposed so called Son he had with Talia al Ghul named Damian . Also just recently Bruce has adopted Tim Drake / Robin as his officially son : Timothy Drake Wayne .

Oh right. To be honest taht was the thing i hated about Bruce in Batman Beyond, he was a lonely old man living alone and grumpy.

I've got say that GREEN ARROW : The Legend of The Emerald Archer Featurette on the season 6 dvd . It was really good .

Having Mark Hamill as The Narrator was an extra added bonus .
