Ha! That actually made me laugh out loud. I've heard "good" or "talented" but never "godly" that's a new one for me. Here's some more stuff....



"Back in black":

I did this after seeing the commercial for Spider-Man 3 where the symbiote creeps up Eddie's neck and since I'm a big geek naturally I wanted to put myself in that same situation. Too bad the movie sucked as bad as it did and Venom was a complete waste.

Yeah, a lot of people seem to like that one a lot. It was a cool idea, and a lot of fun to do. Too bad the movie sucked or I might have done more. I was kind of turned off to the whole Spider-Man movie idea after seeing the last one.

I've got some more sketches I'm coloring in PS that I'll add this week.

It depends. I don't really have a whole lot of time to do requests, and for the time being I'm posting things I've been working on. I'm hoping to clear up some time to just draw some fun stuff that I can post. I had a really cool idea for a new Green Lantern costume that I wanted to do, and I've been wanting to do some more of those drawings I do based on songs.

So much to do, so little time.

Here's a quickie I did the other day. A friend of mine wants to start a Christian themed clothing line similar to "Not of this world" and needed a logo. He came up with the name and asked me to come up with something. I sketched the original idea on a napkin while I was at dinner, and did the final version in Illustrator. All in all it took a total time of about 15min. Nothing major, but I think it's kind of cool and catchy.

Love this! For years I thought it would be cool to take the Lost logo (not the show) And same style do a Found one with a little halo.

So I was in a meeting the other day at work, and while I was supposed to be taking notes I ended up drifting off (like I always do) and using my yellow pad as a sketch book. I don't know why, but I decided to draw a picture of myself looking very mean and gruff. Since I spend most of my off time lounging around in "wife beaters" I added that in there, and gave my necklace a very fluid motion to it....better than having it just hang there right?

Anyway, I liked the picture so much I decided to throw on some color in PS. I'll have some superhero stuff later in the week....I've been toying with some ideas for Green Lantern, Spider-Man, and of course my favorite...Superman.

I hope you guys dig it.

I feel stupid, "PS" means paint shop, sorry to be such a noob at drawing.

Actually "PS" means Photoshop. I don't know many people that can produce colors like that in paint shop, but maybe I'm just out of the loop.

Yeah, I was pretty bummed when I couldn't get the table built. It doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to pull off, but if I'm going to do it I want it to be right.

I'm glad you like the new stuff. Illustrator isn't so hard to learn, it just requires practice like anything else. Right now I'm teaching myself Dreamweaver, and re-teaching myself Flash so I'm right there with you.
