The Batman Versus Dracula - I love it

I still find this DTV the best work from the creative team behind The Batman

I actually enjoyed "The Batman" aside from a couple episodes..I really think if the joker was designed better artistically it would of been a lot better, as they seemed to write him pretty good, with some good lines. However, like many have already stated the gorillaness...ugh


Some of the character designs were extremely well done, I personally liked clayface(basil), and blackmask, hugo strange, killer croc.

I actually enjoyed the movie.

Might have been the Pulp Comic vibe it had.

Because, I really don't like this Joker. At all. Maybe if they gave him shoes, I'd be won over. Somehow.

But, I liked having Dracula as a villian.

When I first heard of it, I wasn't impressed to say the least. I mean, Batman versus Dracula? Why don't they just have Scooby and the Gang ride into Gotham in the Mystery Machine and get it over with?

I was surprised when I watched it though--it's amazing what they were able to get away with in this.

As for Joker...the voice is good, I didn't mind the fighting style since he started out as being just as much a capable fighter as Batman, and I saw what they were going with the jester/rasta look they gave him. If they gave him some shoes while putting him in his old suit, it'd be great.

As bad as this show is, I was quite surprised at the movie, Batman vs Dracula. There is something about this that the show doesn't possess. I can't put my finger on it!

I really liked The Batman series and I especially liked this movie. There were a number of little things that I think made it special. I liked the inclusion of Vicky Vale. I also liked the DVD extras that provided some "scientific" backgroung explaining how people might interpret real circumstances as vampirism. It seemed darker and more violent than the series too. It did take me quite a while to get used to the Joker though.
