the windows in the background of the pic above can be seen here on the armored car's back doors:

ps. the orange vials are what the car is transporting, and the reason alexsei and his men start towing it. the former ends up with one of the vials after spider-man takes out the rest of his crew. by this point in time, the armored car has been separated from the semi. alexsei ends up getting subdued, and spider-man takes the orange vial off of him.

Now, what are the cylinders (it still could be "Voltage Cells")? They could be a bio-chemical. Since they are in an Oscorp Armored Truck they are either coming from, or going to Oscorp. Makes the most sense that they are going from Oscorp to somewhere else. Ravencroft? Are these Voltage Cells, like I first surmised, that have something to do with the whole Electric Eels?

And, what does Alexsei need them for? Is he stealing them for someone else, or for himself?

I wonder, could they be used to power his Mech Suit? Might make sense... He gets beat. The cells are returned. Then he either steals one from somewhere else (like Ravencroft) or Harry just gives him one for his suit. Hmm...
