I mean, if you go strictly by the biological definition of life, I don't think it is. It's not capable of metabolizing or replicating without a host cell.

I'd really like to get the opinion of somebody who has at least some background in microbiology, even though I know Spoons seems more specialized in bacteriology (um...that is the correct term, right?).

Sometimes I really wish we weren't "one nation under God". Cloning has lots of potential.

It also has a lot of hazards and potentially dangerous applications. But I'm sure most people's objections to it are just "not to play God".

I agree with Car, it's not "living"...but it does do things...like a zombie lol. If you take a step back and really take a look at the microscopic world, it really makes us humans simply look like transportation vessels for microbes. Highest up on the food chain, sure
