Could these different universes have their own laws of physics? Or do you think that's a constant everywhere?

Scientists, philosophers and theologians have noted that the physics of our Universe appear to be “fine tuned” to allow life to exist. That is, if just one parameter were different (e.g., the value of an electron’s charge) then atoms couldn’t form. No atoms means no chemistry; no chemistry means no biology. Therefore, doesn’t this strongly suggest a cosmic “intelligent design”?

On the other hand, if a Multiverse exists, then a vast number of universes with wonky physics (and no stars/planets/life) might also exists (with no “design” apparent). It just so happens that we - necessarily - occupy a universe where life is possible. As they say about lotteries, somebody eventually wins.
