That's one of the reasons why I really can't read books. Unless its super interesting or I'm stuck somewhere with nothing to do, I can't read without that happening.

Yeah, I could only get into a book if I'm really really REALLY REALLY into the subject matter or if there's a strong incentive.

I'll never be one of those people who can randomly read anything and finish it and comprehend it completely afterwards.

Facebook is worse because you see that notification on the page and the (1) on the tab and you get excited, just to find out its from someone else.

But yeah, I remember those days on AIM.

hahaha! That happened to me every time! I'd even run to a computer if I saw her come online on chat, because I didn't want to risk using facebook chat on my iPhone. Sometimes (most times, actually) that would all be in vain as she wouldn't talk...
