Sci-Fi Stranger Things (Netflix) - Part 1

My holidays are gonna be set. God I cannot wait. Man this looks awesome :mrk:

What's the source on that? I know they want to make up for the long absence since S4 but I highly doubt that every episode will be north of two hours.

I found this post on Reddit, but everyone is saying they're fake:

Shave an hour or so off of each episode and maybe they'd be a bit more accurate.

If they really wanted to be authentic, they'd remove some of those colors from the Froot Loops 1987 boxes. I know for a FACT that blue Froot Loops were introduced in the '90s, around the same time as blue M&Ms. That was a big deal back in the day. :o

Very excited for this but the rumoured run times for the episodes will be hard to fit into my schedule.

Also salaries. The cast is getting a stupid amount of money for the last season.

Friends-level money is kind of insane, though.

That buzzcut girl ain’t no Jennifer Aniston. :o

I get they're all, "Sorry for the long delays between seasons, here are some extra long episodes to make up for it" but I'd rather them be tighter than bogged down with unnecessary fat. I guess in the grand scheme of things it'll basically the equivalent of an average 13-episode season of an hour-long show.

It's just hilarious to me that this final season needs so much time. Game of Thrones was able to wrap up all of its storylines in a mere seven hours in its final season. :o
