Shat might not win any bodybuilding awards, but he has to be doing some kind of workouts. I've seen him pull off too many risky stunts in the last few years to believe he isn't taking care of himself. His balance and flexibility are pretty unusual for a man his age.

On the flip side, there aren't many 60 year olds as ripped at Pat Stewart, let alone 70 year olds.

I read a story about when Clint Eastwood was filming either Letters From Iwo Jima or Flags of Our Fathers, he was doing the same morning exercises as the soldiers they got to play extras. Even beating a fair amount of them. He was 75 at the time.
