I'm recording sound to my computer but it's way to low, I can hardly hear myself talk. Any ideas how I can make the sound loud like it should be?
I have a digital recorder, I have a wire going from the ear to the port in the computer(microphone port). I right clicked the volume and went into open volume control. From there the volume control window opens. I went to opinions and properties and clicked on recordings.

I turned up the volume on the computer. But doesn't help.
I might end up recording the sound from the digital recorder into another microphone which I can upload through pinnacle.

After you ask for the name I hear something that sounds mechanical, then something that could be a voice, but then I only hear the mechanical sound repeated. If that's the voice, I have no idea what it's saying. Sorry.

What I hear is you or someone saying "Can you give me your name?" followed by a brief soft but mechanistic sounding "hey"....then what sounds like a small child's voice....then the "hey" sound 5 more times....between the child's voice and the 5 successive "hey" sounds it sounds like the recording device has been changed in some manner...stopped and restarted perhaps...

I'll be researching a house that claimed to be haunted in two weeks.
I want to go back to that graveyard to check some stuff out.
I heard more evps but I'm sure I can figure out what they are, so before posting them I wanna see can I recreate the ones I'm not sure of.

It's definitely possible. There have been many reports of ghost hunters coming into contact with demonic entities that create poltergeists, attack the family, and sometimes cause the family to move out of the home.

So the answer to your question is yes, it's very possible for ghost hunters to run into demonic entities.

Look to the left where the gate is, you will see a round floating thing. My friends thought it was an orb, I told them I thought it was circles of confusion(when your camera can't focus on a spot because of light rays from your lens) or dust. I took this picture during our hunt. I love how taps debunk things and thats something you have to do.

I sent my evp to some paranormal investigators, they said it sounds like the person is saying ''when''.

I'm not sure what to belive when it comes to the Amittyville horror. It's so mediasized now, it's hard to know what to belive. What do you think of it?

The family who experienced(George and Kathy Lutz passed away) it said it was blown out of proportion. They have maintained that they experienced horrible things and their last night in the house was so traumatic they never spoke of it.

So I believe SOMETHING happened in that house. I don't have six people could be murdered in the house and no one experiences anything.

That was our first investigation. I did tons of research before hand what the do and don'ts, what to bring, how to investigate etc
I found the Ghost Hunt a lot of fun.
The more you learn about the paranormal the less you fear it.
People fear the unexplained.
Near the end of the hunt we all got the feeling to leave.
Like something was saying you had enough time here.
We never or will ever use quija board because it can open up unwanted door ways.

Do you ever fear that something will try to attach itself to you? I mean something of a demonic entity who is hellbent on causing physical harm? Some friends of mine are still trying to get me to go with them to investigate a serial killers house.

I'll admit that I'm too scared and refuse to get involved. I've always been a believer in the unexplained. Things like Bigfoot, Beast of Bray Road, Ghosts, and UFO's have always interested me because it requires a person to think outside of the box and form their own conclusions.

Ghosts have always interested me because it's part of science. It's a unique type of research that deserves a lot of recognition. First story I ever read about the paranormal was the Amityville Horror.
