why are they making a new Phantom movie, the 96 version with Billy Zane was already pretty cool (it was only tens years, its a lil soon for a new one or remake, a squeal on the other hand might be cool, if they can being back Billy)

Just because it's posted on IMDB doesn't necessarily mean it's true. IMDB is a good source for archival info on movies already produced, but their notorious for not checking facts on information on upcoming films.

As an off topic note, The Venture Bros' Phantom parody, Phantom Limb, is bloody brilliant.
