Wasn't until like the 3rd time watching did i notice that the shot of the superman suit was JUST the suit. I didn't notice that no one was wearing it.

Moisture contrail following him, triggered by the changes in air pressure as the flows over his body (like with the wings of an airplane). Superman isn't producing the moisture itself. The contrail comes from the moisture in the air.
