how do i make 100x100 avvys? when I click image>resize, it wont let you put 100 H 100 W

most animation programs have a resize option I know that animation shop (the one I use all the time does).

Why? Being handicapped doesn't make it okay to kick a child. I'd might not punch the guy myself, I'd still confront him.
