I think Mickey Rourke even though he already is Marv in "Sin City" could be both an awesome Goon and Sgt. Rock. But mostly I could see him playing Goon with that same "don't **** with me" attitude along the lines of some likeability to him as well.

If not Rourke than Ron Perlman would be good just from his illustrious career of being a voice-actor or Clancy Brown.

I was talking to Eric Powell at SDCC last summer and suggested Michael Chiklis for Goon and John Leguizamo for Franky.

Johns a good idea. I also like the idea of Bruce Willis or Vinnie Jones voicing/playing the Goon.

Bruce Willis as the voice of the goon sounds kind of interesting but I can also hear clancy brown, or Chiklis doing the voice.

CG animated? Like Pixar or like Beowulf. As a motion capture I think it could work really well. Clancy Brown, Mickey Rourke, and Vinnie Jones are fantastic ideas, but I cant help but like Chiklis for the role. The Shield has to be one of my favorite shows and him as the Thing was as perfect as Stewart, bale, and Perelman as Xavier, Batman, and Hellboy.

Steve Buscemi as Franky

Bruce Willis/ Michael Chiklis or Clancy Brown as the Goon (but they have to use a brooklyn accent)

Mickey Rourke as Goon...

I have no idea what this is based on but I'm excited!

Would I get in trouble for posting these?

these look pretty awesome... sorry, dumb question considering the awesome quality of them, but are these real? 'Cause i seriously haven't heard anything regarding this film getting green lit, which I'd figure i would considering a big name like fincher is attached to it.
