Okay...I don't mean to be uh...mean, because this girl is extremely talented. Her voice is like that of an friggin' angel. But...er...check out this video and tell me if something is not just a little unusual about her?

Do singers usually do this THIS much when they're performing? And is it wrong that I'm completely creeped out by it (even though she's obviously a gorgeous hottie)?

It was the last 20 seconds at 3:20 (when she blew that last powerful note--and her bottom row of teeth dissapeared) that had me on the floor.

Do you think she's lipsyncing? How can she really belt it out with her mouth shaped like that?

Aesop and Downhere...you didn't find her non-stop smile while she was singing just a bit off-putting? I am trying to figure out if she's lip-synching because her throat was not moving very much, and her mouth was forming a perfect "U" shape for the entire performance! LOL

I don't know, I mean, sure she was smiling throughout...maybe she was overly excited at having the camera on her while she sang, but it didn't really seem off-putting. Although, comparing her smile to that of the Cheshire Cat is pretty spot on. lol.

It looks like she recorded the song and then they went in and did a video and asked her to pretend to sing.

Did some checking around...and learned this young lady is definitely lip-synching. Which explains the unnatural feeling I got as I noticed that her throat wasn't exactly straining as she hit those high notes.

I didn't really get what the big deal was. She's obviously playing to the camera. It's not that unusual. Had the camera not been there I'm sure she wouldn't even be looking in that direction. It's a promotional thing.

What gets me is that she has an upside down mouth. Her mouth doesn't really curve upward when she smiles. It just sorta... spreads out.
