I'm not even going to try and go through those two posts and add on to them but if anyone would like, BOPO has various interviews overthere with folks who could answer some questions. Also, Ian Abercrombie himself is a member there and answered questions about the show from the cast POV in a thread called Ask The Man In Black.

BTW, I hated the music that WB used to replace the songs that they didn't secure the use of when they compiled the box set. Aimee Allen's "Revolution" is a thousand times better than that LilithFair anthem they replaced it with.

 

[The Question]

The theme song was actually one of my bigger, albeit, I admit, more trivial gripes with the show. The song had nothing to do with what the show was about. The lyrics evoke someone who's like to change the world but is too intrenched in their mundane, day to day lives to do anything significant. It's political commentary about apathy.

Another problem BOP may have had is that it was poorly conceived, written to substandard...standards...laden with cheese, and ridden with silted, unconvincing actors.

A HUNTRESS series could work as well as anything else, I suppose.

Really? I bought the series and just recently finishe it and the whole cast was fine. Especially Dina Meyer. And I though Ashley Scott was pretty good also.

Dina was fine. The rest...no comment.

Dinah was the worst. Their Babs was great. But the show, as a whole, burns my brain.

I personally love it. Its flawed, yes, but i dont think its as bad as everyone says. Sure, huntress shoulda had an actual costume and they needed more serious episodes, but for only 13 episodes, the show did good.

Last I remember they had the character in a TV series titled "Brids of Prey". It didn't make it through the first season.

That wasn't technically Huntress. THat was HINO at best.
That said, I'm highly skeptical of such an idea.
