Are they going to make a sequel to this movie it was awesome

I don't think it's been confirmed either way yet. I'm sure Disney would love to do it with the way they've been churning out crappy sequels, but it's up to Pixar.

i hadn't realised that the incredible boards had disappeared.

I hope so, it was a very god movie.

I would have much rather seen a sequel to The Incredibles than Cars which looks very lackluster to say the least.

I didn't want to see the original "Toy Story" because it looked way too kiddy and lackluster to me as well - when I went by what the previews and trailers showed me. But, as we all know, it turned out to be a history maker, and deservedly so. :D Monsters, Inc. - my favorite of the Pixar films - its trailer also bored me. But by that point, Pixar had a repuation going - and they've still got it going, as far as I'm concerned.

Besides, if Pixar keeps it up, I don't see an Incredibles sequel being TOO much of an impossibility. ;)

They should make a sequel, the first is my favorite Pixar film:up: I remember Brad Bird (director) saying he'd only make a second if he could come up with a better story then the first...or something of that nature:o

Sequel = Good news.

Either way, Pixar makes great films, so Cars will more than likely be pretty good.

I didn't find this movie all that funny, but still it was a good movie.

For the fact Larry the Cable Guy is actually doing one of the voices compels me not to see it. The last thing I want to hear is people yelling "GIT R DONE!" during the movie.

That is true.
We all know what happened when Larry tried to have his own movie.
It bombed and is considered one of the worst movies ever.

Who knows what the man can do to this movie...

:(

I don't think he says git r done also his car is named after someone who lives not to far away from where I am.Just a little fact I thought was neat.

I am so behind in my movies and this is one of them.

I didn't realize he was in the movie until someone pointed it out in the credits too me. While I don't really like him either, I guess as long as Pixars has a hold of him, he'll be okay.

So far Pixar has been hit and miss with me. I loved Toy Story and The Incredibles but then I couldn't stand Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc (it had a lot to do with the voice actors they chose). From what I've seen of Cars it's looking like it's heading towards the "annoying voice actor" category along with Nemo and Monsters.

You don't love Billy Crystal?

Who doesn't love Billy Crystal?

Billy Crystal was incredibly annoying (reminded me of Timon from the Lion King). John Goodman was flat out boring. Steve Buscemi's character was the only thing that made Monsters bearable.

Also Albert Brooks and Ellen Degeneres were terrible in Finding Nemo. That gravelly voice just got on my nerves. If my girlfriend weren't there I would have left midway through.

I saw this again the other night during Thanksgiving on NBC and it still rocks! Much better than Bird's latest movie(though that's probably because I prefer this one's subject matter over that of Ratatouie's though).

Wow? You dug this up?

There's never going to be an Incredibles 2... something about Disney owning all the rights and a split with Pixar. Disney could make their own Incredibles, but that won't happen. And Brad Bird is Pixar, so he's got no right to it anymore.

At least, that was my understanding.

Of course, Disney's not above crappy sequels.

Yeah, I ran a search for the Incredibles and this thread was the only one on the whole site. Plus I didn't feel like making any extra threads. You also are probably right about no sequel coming for it.:csad:

A shame.
