The animated movie is still being done but now a live action sitcom is in the works as well.

Interesting. Not sure how well this would work in live action but I loved The Jetsons as a kid so I wish them the best. Anyone have any casting ideas?

If this gets made, they should keep the future look similar to that of the show and really play into it.

This is going to blow. You could do something really interesting with this and use the Jetsons name to create an fun vision of the future, but instead we're going to get a multi-cam sitcom with the same locations over and over. I'd rather see a new cartoon where you're not as limited in what you can do.
