I want to wear one to my formal (prom for Americans) and my joker clown masks. So is there anywhere I can buy the jokers suit from the prologue online? anything similar to it that's cheap I want it to be under $100 altogether.

There's nothing that specific about that outfit that would be hard to find, unless you want to exact specific pattern of the shirt. For the jacket go to a thrift store and find a ratty overcoat and heck you may even find a similar shirt. The pants should just be standard dress pants.
