The art is horrible, Joker without the red lips looks stupid.

It was a typical DC crossover from the period, with a big tease (hint Joker didn't die)

I've seen worse , but I've seen better too. I wouldn't buy it myself. Be nice to yourself and get the Man Who Laughs HC instead.

I picked this up yesterday, and have only read the first part so far. Can't say I'm impressed with it in any way so far. The art is not the best, but I'm hoping the story will improve....

Yeah, he did die for about 2 minutes. But really, spoiler tags for this? The big thing was "Joker WILL Die!" and seeing as he's alive now, it obviously either didn't happen or didn't stick.

I like parts of the book. The Secret Files & Origins prelude was the best part. And some of Jokers antics were good. But overall it was pretty meh.

The art is terrible. The story itself was actually not bad. The Vault stuff is great, a lot of good humor to the deaths of Multiple Man.

Yes. There's something no one has mentioned yet, too. The covers to this series, at least the Bolland ones, were incredible.

Some people, such as my self havent read it, hence making this thread. I was considering buying it, but whats the point now that I know whats going to happen?

Well, you knew what was going to happen anway. Once you read "the Joker will die!" and then realize he's over being his usual crazy self in Batman RIP, you should have logically went "well, then he must not die." You seem to have gone "OMG! He dies!" regardless of the fact that he's obviously still alive. Pretty much any comic since this came out that has the Joker in it is a spoiler for it

Now you've gone and screwed it up for everyone. Kinda like the way Busiek said [blackout]Batman is Bruce Wayne in Trinity[/blackout] even after the whole Batman [blackout]RIP[/blackout] storyline.
