So, how you want it to be presented in the movie?

Personally, i'd like to see injected Joker-venom. We've seen the gas, and the injected stuff just seems more sinister and creepy, like what we'd expect from Nolan. Carving is stupid.

I wouldn't call it "stupid", more like "unnecessary". But, anyway, Joker Venom is the way to go.

he meant that he wouldn't be goofy and jumping around like a ****** when killing people , doesn't mean he won't laugh / smile. and the eyes part meant that you could see the sadism in his eyes , which can be much creepier than having him dancing and prancing along like a ***.

It means Ledger's Joker is going to be "edgier" and not so "happy-go-lucky" like Nicholson's Joker.

Obviously, The Joker is going to smile.
