I apologize for the delay, I've been sick...

Anyway here are the matchups, SELECT ONLY ONE FROM EACH MATCHUP!:

Match 1: Stanley Kubrick vs. David Lean
Match 2: Billy Wilder vs. Fritz Lang

I gotta go with Billy Wilder because he made one of my most favorite movies ever, The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes

Voted for Lean because his Epics are truely amazing and actually EPIC without beating it over our heads that it suppose to be epic. Voted for Wilder since his films kick ass... And I'm not a huge Lang fan... Though Fury was cool but I liked it better when LeRoy Meryvn did it with Paul Muni with I'm a Fugitive From A Chain Gang

Lean because he made two of the best movies of all time. Bridge on the River Kwai and Lwarance of Arabia. Both of which I'd call the definition of epic and the latter still not quite being topped in scope without the aide of CGI. I'd also rank both of these abovce any of Kubrick's work.

I like Kubrick, I think he is overrated, but the man was a genius. Lean was better though.

Billy Wilder if for nothing more than Sunset Blvd. and The Apartment, though.
