I mean, don't get me wrong, I think life "roxxorz your boxxorz"
but this whole "purpose" and "meaning" detracts from the experience.
I studied a trade, but that's not my "purpose" for instance.

No, it doesn't. Everyone likes to feel like they've done something worthwhile, and if dedicating yourself to something or someone gives you purpose than at least you can die knowing you did something full of purpose.

the purpose of our lives is to gather up enough information and experiences to pass on to our young to prepare them for any kinda situation...

whether this be knowledge, financial or infracstructural things depends on the person. Truth be told, it's a little bit of everything if we talk about society in general.

I said that life is an opportunity (if utilized) to better ourselves in every way in order to reach our human potential. You don't have to take the opportunity. So bettering yourself is not the only way to go.

But WHY would you want to do that. What would be the purpose?
I might think it's a very essential act. Another person might think it's ******ed.

I don't personally find it futile at all. In fact I find it liberating and very rewarding as I accomplish one by one the goals that I have dedicated my time on earth towards.
