No one gave a crap about how he made the suit in the Raimi movies, and now that a reboot is happening they're giving it crap. :whatever:

People are so stupid it's ridiculous sometimes... they b**** and moan without even having a clue how this costume comes about in the movie. In the novel for the first one, I'm pretty sure one of the wrestlers that Bonesaw took down made the suit for Peter, and more or less the same thing happened in Ultimate Spider-Man... he just added the spider and webbing. No doubt a similiar sit-chee-ashun happens in ASM.

He looks good in a suit...

Very classy. I've often said if you show up anywhere in a tuxedo, people might look at you a little strange, but they will never say you can't come in dressed that way.

That suit almost makes him look normal.

I'm so sick of hearing the moaning that a teenager could not create the Spider-man suit. While it may be true would those same people who moan prefer Spidey swings around in a blue and red sweat suit?

No, I just think it would be kind of neat if it looked like it were made from more readily available materials. I think it would ground the film slightly more, and enhance it's working class hero, underdog in the big city atmosphere. I'd still want a proper costume.

This is a film about a teenager bitten by a radioactive spider who aquires super stenth and powers. I for one can look past the fact that the suit does not look home made.

Again, I don't think that argument negates my point. But I can look past the fact that the suit doesn't look home made either. It's not a deal breaker movie. I honestly don't care that much. I just think it would have been kind of nice, and as this is a super hero message board and the subject came up I thought I would share that sentiment. I'm still excited for the film regardless.

He's not ugly to begin with.

The suit makes him look even more nice.:woot:

His eyes look so sad. :(
It makes me sad...

I hate whenever anybody says something is not realistic in a comic book movie or comic book. It's about someone with ****ing superpowers! Whatever the writer decides to write is completely realistic within the confines of said book/movie.

Maybe becuase I said exacly that, 2 hours before you did?
