Betty and Ross's inclusion would have been awesome, but I don't think they even recast them yet; they'll probably wait for whenever the solo movie of Ruffalo Hulk comes out.(though I think they should keep the IH cast) I don't know/remember Mr. Orange.

I'd say no considering the events of TIH took place within the events of Iron Man 2 and Thor plus he'll obviously be tied into the Avengers movie with Ruffalo.
