yikes maybe there should be a slight warning to put on this thread incase people are eating or aren't very good with gory things.

If they aren't good with gory things, they wouldn't be watching HEROES in the first place. There's lots of gore since episode one.

And, being an horror fan nut, I could see spot-on that this was a totally fake open chest. Not convincing at all, even onscreen. But it DID the trick pretty well, cause the scene was well staged, well directed, and even funny ("Oh, sh...!").
