Yes, I've been getting more impressed by Godfall the more I see. Initially, I was worried it would be just another Souls-type game, which I generally am not a fan of (don't dislike them, just not my preference). But Godfall looks much more faster-paced and action-oriented.

Still, one outstanding issue though is whether Godfall has any type of character creation. I don't think they've talked about that yet.

We have seen more from Ratchet & Clank (and GodFall) than that game. I am already eXpecting it to be way shorter than Spider-Man 2018.

That is a good and fair point about Godfall. Which is why I am still unsure as to if it includes character creation or not. Hopefully more info about the game is forthcoming.

However, from a gameplay perspective, it looks fun and like something that would entertain me especially at launch.

Also weird I do NOT see any Sony event scheduled for any time at all on tomorrow Wednesday for 1 pm. Strange. It’s completely gone. I saw news it was either at 1 or 3 pm PST but I don’t see it anywhere. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Me too! I'm nervously excited. Hope it won't be a let down, hope there are some surprise announcements, and hope they can "close the sale" so to speak as we get close to the launch of next-gen. Now is the time for those home-runs and mic-drops.

The only letdown for me would be the pricing but I have plenty of time to save for that. But I think like the 1st live stream,it should be pretty great.

Yeah. A price > $500 would be a disappointment and possible dealbreaker for me. Don't know if that would automatically make me go to Series X, but I would certainly be less inclined to get a PS5 this year.

At the very least, assuming we do get price, release, and preorder info tomorrow, I will be relieved that this long, drawn-out dance will be over. haha.

Well gaming wont get cheaper thats for sure.
But even 500 for a console that will be around for 8-10 years is a good price.

You could always go with Nintendo, there you find the most genuine idea of gaming at an affordable price i think.
Sure you wont get games like TLOU or some super huge blockbusters, but its a different type of gaming you get there...something that puts a lot of emphasis on Nostalgia that touches the child in us.

God damn now i talked myself into wanting a Switch.

Anyway...it will be interesting what sony will do.
I dont expect more than 500 for the console, it would be "suicide" to go with more.
The more interesting thing will be the price for the digital only version.

Personally i most likely wait either way for a bundle, so im not super nervous or anything...unless Sony shows something mindblowing.
I have a few ps4 games i need to finish and im not extremely hyped for most of the games that have been annouced for ps5 so far...so its not like i would die if i wouldnt get it right away.

But im looking out for a Assassins creed bundle since my first ps3 and ps4 games were AC games.

We will see, its definitly cool that we are so close to the start of a new console generation.
It helps people somewhat in those dreadfull times i hope.

P5lim could come out in 2023 or 2024, a P5uper as well being the more powerful console. A lot of the big games would be more or less 20 dollars at that point.

I think, with ps5's lifespan, I'd probably just buy more or less 70 games as I would no longer need to catch up with previous gen games (which I'm still doing with the ps4, I already have more than 50 games in ps4 and I only really started buying games 2 years ago). I think I'm just going to be impatient of not getting ps5 earlier. But I don't think I'd be buying too many ps5 games for the next 7 years.
