LOUISVILLE OR LEXINGTON ARE THE 2 BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN KY.........OR EVEN BETTER, IN THE SUBURBS OF EITHER ONE. BUT, WITH THAT, COMES MUCH HIGHER PROPERTY COSTS. OUR HOUSE ONLY COST US $80K, 7 YEARS AGO, AND IS NOW WORTH ABOUT $95K (NOT INCLUDING THE ADDED VALUE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS WE'VE MADE). A SIMILAR HOUSE, ON THE SAME 3/4 ACRE OF PROPERTY, IN A NICE SUBURB OF L'VILLE OR LEXINGTON, WOULD BE TWICE THAT MUCH, IF NOT MORE.

YEAH, THAT'S PRETTY MUCH THE RANGE YOU'LL FIND AROUND L'VILLE AND LEX. AS WELL........$150K - $1 MILLION + . THERE'S JUST NOT ANY INDUSTRY IN OR AROUND MADISONVILLE, TO HELP DRIVE UP PROPERTY VALUES; BAD FOR THE SELLER, BUT GREAT FOR THE BUYER.

I was joking anyway but, out of interest, what law does it come under? I thought it was ok to rent out a room in your house. But yeah, fines like that would tend to discourage that sort of activity.

WELL, YOU CAN PLAY GAMES ON AN OLD RP T.V., BUT THEY ARE VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO BURN IN, AND WON'T LAST LONG WITH REGULAR GAMING.

I don't think my TV will be able to cope when a FF game comes around. I'm thinking of getting a new TV when HD settles down a bit in the UK (it's still fairly new here).

Yikes, well Im kinda used to not having anything to do around where I live, the only two places to go are a Target a walmart and a movie theatre..........and thats about it
