I think this could be a correct list:

Gambit - Main X-Men Universe, revised timeline
X-23 - the Deadpool/Logan 2017 Universe. Same as the X-Men one? Who knows.
Cassandra Nova - Main X-Men Universe
Sabretooth - Main X-Men Universe, same Sabretooth from X1.
Toad - Main X-Men Universe, same Toad from X1.
Juggernaut - Unknown Universe. The Deadpool 2 version doesn't match the Last Stand version anyway, so there's much confusion about him...
Pyro - Main X-Men Universe, revised timeline
Azazel - Main X-Men Universe (believed to be dead in DOFP 1973).
Blob - Unknown Universe
Lady Deathstrike - Main X-Men Universe, she never experienced X2 in the revised timeline.
Psylocke - Unknown Universe or maybe the "Kwannon" from X-Men: The Last Stand.

Actually, Blob first appeared in the original timeline of the Main X-Men Universe (I don't know if it's the same universe of Deadpool and Logan 2017). He was a member of Team X along with a guy named "Wade" (Deadpool's father?).
In the post-DOFP timeline, he was one of the mutants in Germany, and had a fight with Angel (not Warren Worthington III, but another Cheyarafim).

The "Psylocke" in The Last Stand was asian, and had shadow teleporting powers. She was supposed to be Kwannon, basically. She also appeared in X-Men Origins (set in 1984 or so), as a little girl.

No we dont know if Gambit, Nova and others x-men characters are from x-men saga(10005) or others x-men universes made by MCU like earth of Worst Wolverine or earth of Beast/Binary

Only Stanford and Dafne Keen confirmed their characters are the same version

I think he's supposed to be the X3 Juggernaut with a different actor.

Gambit's line about "some say I was born here..." even tho, it was played as a joke

basically implies because his movie was scrape before it was even made it went straight the void

I don't know {when his movie was in talks} if it was meant to be set in the x-men universe? or if it was suppose to be it's own thing? cause we already had Taylor Kitsch's version set in the 70's-80's era
