With the sole exception of the premiere episode "The Return of Batduck", this show was made up entirely of recycled Plucky Duck cartoons from older episodes of "Tiny Toon Adventures" (1990). "The Return of Batduck" aired in reruns of Tiny Toons, but it was edited in order to fit in the regular Tiny Toon opening and ending.

When I went on a cruise to the Caribbean they had like the Latin American CN on the ship and they played Tiny Toons.
Elmira is creepy.

Plucky was the best Tiny Toon.

However, that shouldn't come as a surprise. Daffy was the best Looney Toon.

Although all cartoon ducks bow before the almighty Donald Duck.

sort of. It was Pinky, Elmira, and The Brain. Horrible, horrible, horrible show! They went from the brilliant Pinky & The Brain to a new show with Elmira!
