I played The Question in Chris Notarile's fanfilms. Basically he glued a piece of flesh-colored spandex by my jawline and hairline and blended it in with makeup. I believe there is a video on youtube that he made about how to do it.

Yeah, it's possible it's some celebrities or viral marketing or something, but it's probably just people doing it for the hell of it/for fun/to be weird/etc. The speculation about the driver especially was weird, it's not like you have to be famous or super-rich to hire a chauffeur.
